1. Subscriptions are active for one year from subscription date. They will not automatically renew. You will receive an automated renewal reminder notice 7 days prior to expiry, and on the expiry date, and your subscription will automatically lapse if not renewed within 7 days after expiry date.
2. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Please be sure of your decision before you subscribe.
3. You agree not to share your login credentials with anyone. Login activity may be monitored for compliance.
4. This website will not work well on small screen devices such as smart phones, and such devices are not recommended for this use.
5. You agree to completely indemnify the publisher from any claim related to the content or operation of this website resulting from, or in connection with, the products or services offered.
6. You shall agree to the standard terms and conditions of the hosting service and software provider, being Wild Apricot. This agreement must be given on first sign-on session after subscribing.
7. Your privacy is respected, and the necessary data collected for subscription is limited. None of your subscription information will be visible to others on this website. This personal information will not be given to anyone, for any reason. It resides on a secure cloud-based database managed by Wild Apricot (owned by Personify), the market leading membership management software provider. World-class best practice security measures are always followed. Your payment data is processed by the best-in-class secure third party payment gateway Stripe, and can never be accessed by the principals of this website or Wild Apricot and Personify.
